WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1

By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with the Sataack 50 Privacy Policy, Website Disclaimer and any other policies, rules, notices or conditions expressly applicable to a particular service or activity.

1.2

Where you register, submit an application, make a booking, enter into a commercial transaction or use a particular service through the Website, additional terms may apply.

1.3

Where there is a conflict between general information displayed on the Website and an applicable official Sataack 50 rule book, Season Regulations, competition regulation, player document, franchise agreement, sponsorship agreement or other executed agreement, the applicable official regulation or executed agreement shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.

1.4

Use of the Website does not by itself create any player, franchise, employment, agency, sponsorship, commercial or contractual relationship with Sataack 50 except where such relationship is expressly created through an authorised written agreement or official process.

2. WEBSITE USAGE

2.1

The Website may be used for lawful purposes connected with Sataack 50, including obtaining information regarding:

• the Men's and Women's competitions;
• player registration and participation;
• player trials and Final Player Selection Camps;
• player auction processes;
• franchises and teams;
• fixtures, schedules, results, statistics and standings;
• events and league activities;
• sponsorship and commercial opportunities;
• broadcast, streaming and media information;
• ticketing, merchandise and hospitality, where applicable;
• news, announcements, photographs, videos and other content; and
• other Sataack 50 activities and services.

2.2

Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Website complies with applicable laws.

2.3

Sataack 50 may modify, suspend, restrict, replace or discontinue any Website feature, content, registration process or digital service where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, technical, security or commercial reasons.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1

Users must be legally capable of using the Website and entering into any transaction or agreement initiated through it.

3.2

Player Eligibility

Players (Men and Women) aged 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2026 shall be eligible to register and participate in the trials.

3.3

Men's and Women's Competitions

Sataack 50 may operate separate Men's and Women's competitions. Player registration, eligibility, trials, camps, auction pools, franchise allocation, statistics and competition participation may be separately administered for each competition. (10 overs, 5 legal balls per over per innings)

3.4

Registration through the Website does not itself establish eligibility or guarantee participation.

4. ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION PROVISIONS

4.1

Certain Website services may require registration or creation of an account.

4.2

Users must provide information that is accurate, complete and current.

4.3

Users must not:

• register using a false identity;
• impersonate another person;
• submit forged, altered or misleading documents;
• create unauthorised duplicate registrations;
• provide deliberately inaccurate information; or
• permit another person to improperly use their account.

4.4

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords, login credentials and other account-security information.

4.5

Sataack 50 may require identity, age, nationality, sporting eligibility or other verification before accepting or continuing a registration.

4.6

Sataack 50 may reject, suspend, flag or cancel a registration where information is incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, fraudulent, unverifiable or inconsistent with applicable regulations.

5. PLAYER REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

5.1

Men's and Women's Player Registration

Sataack 50 may accept player registrations for both the Men's Competition and Women's Competition through separate or common registration systems.

Registration does not guarantee:

• acceptance into trials;
• shortlisting;
• selection for the Final Player Selection Camp;
• inclusion in the auction pool;
• acquisition at the Player Auction;
• allocation to a franchise;
• a player contract;
• selection in a Playing XI; or
• participation in any Sataack 50 match. (10 overs, 5 legal balls per over per innings)

All such decisions remain subject to applicable Sataack 50 rules, eligibility requirements, sporting assessments and official selection processes. Players (Men and Women) aged 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2026 shall be eligible to register and participate in the trials.

5.2

Free Player Registration. No Participation Fee

Sataack 50 does not charge any player participating or seeking to participate in the Men’s or Women’s competition any fee solely for:

• official player registration;
• trial application;
• participation in official Sataack 50 player trials;
• participation in the Final Player Selection Camp;
• inclusion in the official player pool; or
• entry into the official Player Auction process.

No person is authorised to guarantee selection, auction entry, franchise acquisition or competition participation in exchange for an unofficial payment.

Any player receiving such a demand should report it to Sataack 50 through the official contact or grievance channel.

6. FOREIGN PLAYER PARTICIPATION

6.1

Sataack 50 may permit eligible foreign/international players in both the Men's and Women's competitions, subject to applicable Sataack 50 regulations and applicable law. Players (Men and Women) aged 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2026 shall be eligible to register and participate in the trials.

6.2

Foreign players may be required to provide additional information or documentation, including:

• passport and identity information;
• nationality and country of residence;
• visa or immigration documentation;
• travel information;
• sporting credentials and playing history;
• international contact details;
• emergency contact information;
• medical or insurance information where legitimately required; and
• any additional eligibility documentation required by Sataack 50 or applicable authorities.

6.3

Each foreign player is responsible for satisfying applicable passport, visa, immigration, travel, tax, insurance, employment or other legal requirements relevant to their circumstances, except to the extent a specific responsibility is expressly assumed by Sataack 50 or a franchise under an applicable written agreement.

6.4

Registration as a foreign player does not constitute a representation or guarantee that the player will obtain a visa, immigration approval, entry into India, trial invitation, Camp selection, auction eligibility, franchise acquisition, player contract or match participation.

6.5

No Foreign Player Registration Fee

The Sataack 50 no-player-fee policy applies equally to eligible Indian and foreign players. Sataack 50 does not charge foreign players an official player registration, trial application, official trial participation, Final Player Selection Camp participation or auction-entry fee merely because they are foreign players.

This does not mean that unrelated third-party or governmental costs—such as passport, visa, travel, accommodation, insurance, medical examination or transportation expenses—will necessarily be borne by Sataack 50. Responsibility for such costs shall be determined by applicable regulations or written agreements.

7. FRANCHISE REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

7.1

Franchise applications, expressions of interest or registration facilities made available through the Website do not constitute automatic acceptance, appointment or grant of franchise rights.

7.2

Franchise participation may be subject to:

• due diligence;
• eligibility and ownership requirements;
• financial capability;
• participation fees or other commercial obligations;
• integrity checks;
• execution of a franchise agreement;
• compliance with Sataack 50 regulations; and
• approval by the competent Sataack 50 authority.

7.3

No Website submission shall override the terms of an executed franchise agreement.

7.4

Franchise rights, territories, commercial rights, team names, intellectual property and other rights remain subject to the applicable franchise agreement and Sataack 50 regulations.

8. CONTENT SUBMISSION

8.1

Users may be permitted to submit information, documents, photographs, videos, player profiles, enquiries, comments, applications or other materials (“User Content”).

8.2

By submitting User Content, the user represents that:

• the information is accurate to the best of their knowledge;
• the submission is lawful;
• they possess the necessary rights or permissions;
• it does not knowingly infringe third-party rights; and
• it does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious or harmful material.

8.3

Where necessary for operating, administering, promoting or reporting Sataack 50, users grant Sataack 50 such permissions to process and use submitted content as are reasonably required, subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy and any specific agreement governing that content.

8.4

Submission of content does not transfer ownership to Sataack 50 unless expressly agreed in writing.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

9.1

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content, design and materials are owned by, licensed to, or authorised for use by Sataack 50.

This may include:

• Sataack 50 name and marks;
• logos and competition branding;
• tournament and event identities;
• graphics and artwork;
• Website design and layout;
• photographs and videos;
• match graphics;
• statistics and databases to the extent protectable;
• promotional material;
• documents and publications;
• audio-visual content; and
• other proprietary materials.

9.2

No user may copy, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit, distribute, modify, sell, license or create derivative commercial materials from protected Sataack 50 content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

9.3

Nothing on the Website grants any licence to use Sataack 50 trademarks, logos or other proprietary identifiers for commercial purposes unless expressly authorised.

10. WEBSITE CONTENT

10.1

Website content is provided for informational, sporting, promotional, operational and commercial purposes.

10.2

Sataack 50 may update, correct, remove or replace Website content without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

10.3

Website content should be read together with the Sataack 50 Website Disclaimer.

10.4

Where the Website contains preliminary, proposed or indicative information, such information should not be treated as a final commitment unless formally confirmed.

11. MATCH AND EVENT INFORMATION

11.1

Fixtures, match dates, venues, start times, event programmes, participating teams and related information may be changed due to circumstances including:

• weather;
• venue availability;
• broadcast requirements;
• security;
• governmental or regulatory directions;
• travel or logistics;
• operational requirements;
• competition requirements;
• health or safety considerations; or
• force majeure circumstances.

11.2

Results, scorecards, statistics, standings and player records displayed on the Website may be provisional until officially verified.

11.3

Sataack 50 may correct errors in results, statistics, standings or records where required following official verification.

12. TICKETS, MERCHANDISE, HOSPITALITY AND PAYMENTS

12.1

Where Sataack 50 offers tickets, merchandise, hospitality or other paid products or services through the Website, additional transaction-specific terms may apply.

12.2

Prices, taxes, availability, delivery charges, seating, cancellation conditions and refund conditions, where applicable, should be disclosed during the relevant transaction or through applicable terms.

12.3

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment service providers.

12.4

Sataack 50 may cancel or refuse transactions reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorised payment instruments, abuse or violation of applicable terms.

12.5

For avoidance of doubt, this section does not authorise charging players a registration, trial, Final Player Selection Camp or auction-entry fee contrary to the no-player-fee provisions above.

13. USER CONDUCT

Users must use the Website responsibly and lawfully.

Users must not use Sataack 50 platforms to harass, threaten, abuse, defame, discriminate against, impersonate or unlawfully target another person.

Users must respect players, officials, franchise personnel, employees, contractors, partners and other Website users.

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to Website systems or accounts;
• interfere with Website security or functionality;
• introduce malware, viruses or malicious code;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract protected Website data without permission;
• manipulate registration or voting systems;
• create fraudulent player or franchise registrations;
• submit forged documents;
• impersonate Sataack 50 or its representatives;
• misuse personal information obtained through the Website;
• engage in fraud or deceptive commercial activity;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• use the Website for unlawful betting, match manipulation or corruption;
• seek or disclose confidential sporting or commercial information improperly;
• make unauthorised representations on behalf of Sataack 50; or
• use the Website in violation of applicable law or Sataack 50 integrity requirements.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Website may contain or integrate third-party services, including payment gateways, registration systems, ticketing platforms, social-media platforms, streaming providers, analytics providers, maps, hosting providers and other external services.

Sataack 50 does not control all third-party services and their use may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

The inclusion of a third-party service or link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every product, statement or service offered by that third party.

16. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Sataack 50 may suspend, restrict or terminate Website access or registration where reasonably necessary because of:

• breach of these Terms;
• false or fraudulent information;
• security concerns;
• suspected unlawful activity;
• integrity concerns;
• misuse of Website systems;
• infringement of rights;
• abuse of Sataack 50 personnel or users;
• violation of competition or franchise regulations; or
• applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, Sataack 50 may provide notice or an opportunity to address the relevant issue.

Termination of Website access does not automatically determine rights arising under a separate player, franchise, sponsorship, vendor or other agreement, which shall be governed by that agreement.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and its general content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

Sataack 50 does not warrant that:

• the Website will always operate uninterrupted or error-free;
• every item of information will always be complete or current;
• Website defects will always be immediately corrected;
• all third-party services will remain available; or
• use of the Website will produce any particular sporting, commercial or financial outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sataack 50 and its authorised officers, personnel and representatives shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon the Website, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Sataack 50 shall not be responsible for loss caused by matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party systems, internet failures, cyber incidents despite reasonable safeguards, governmental actions, venue disruption, weather or force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

19. NO GUARANTEE OF PLAYER SELECTION OR PARTICIPATION

Registration, trial participation, Camp participation, inclusion in an auction pool or participation in any player assessment process does not guarantee:

• selection;
• auction eligibility;
• acquisition by a franchise;
• any minimum auction value;
• a player contract;
• Playing XI selection;
• playing time;
• remuneration; or
• continued participation in Sataack 50.

Sporting selection remains subject to the applicable competition framework and authorised decision-making process.

This applies to players in both the Men's and Women's competitions, including eligible foreign players.

20. NO GUARANTEE OF SPONSORSHIP OR COMMERCIAL RETURN

Sponsorship or commercial association with Sataack 50 represents the acquisition of agreed commercial rights and benefits and is not a guaranteed-return investment.

Sataack 50 does not guarantee any specific:

• revenue or sales;
• customer acquisition;
• leads or conversions;
• audience size;
• media exposure;
• brand awareness;
• engagement;
• publicity value;
• return on investment; or
• other financial or business outcome.

Sataack 50's obligations to a sponsor or commercial partner shall be determined primarily by the applicable executed agreement.

21. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs or expenses reasonably arising from that user's:

• material breach of these Terms;
• unlawful use of the Website;
• fraudulent submission;
• infringement of third-party rights;
• deliberate misuse of Sataack 50 intellectual property; or
• unlawful or unauthorised content submitted through the Website.

Any indemnification obligation shall remain subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement between the parties.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a particular user or transaction.

23. JURISDICTION

Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions below and any mandatory applicable law, the courts at [Insert City and State, India] shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or use of the Website.

The final city and state should correspond with the legal/registered office and the jurisdiction selected by Sataack 50's legal counsel.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

24.1 Informal Resolution

Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties should, where reasonably appropriate, attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through written communication and discussion.

24.2

A user should first submit the dispute to the official Sataack 50 contact identified below, describing the nature of the dispute and relevant supporting information.

24.3

Where a dispute relates to player selection, eligibility, competition decisions, franchise operations or another matter governed by a specific Sataack 50 regulation or agreement, the dispute procedure contained in that applicable regulation or agreement shall apply.

24.4

Any arbitration provision should be inserted only after Sataack 50 has determined the intended seat, venue, language, number of arbitrators and applicable arbitration framework with legal counsel. The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters arising out of or in connection with such arbitration.

Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at Mumbai, Maharashtra

24.5

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent or interim relief from a competent court where legally available.

25. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal information collected through the Website shall be handled in accordance with the Sataack 50 Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

Users should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information, particularly player identification, passport, visa, medical, emergency-contact or other sensitive registration information.

Foreign players should also review the provisions relating to international processing or transfer of personal information.

26. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER Sataack 50 DOCUMENTS

These Website Terms govern Website access and digital use. They do not replace the sporting, operational or commercial documents governing Sataack 50.

Depending upon the circumstances, users may additionally be subject to the:

• Sataack 50 Master Rule Book;
• League Structure and applicable Season Regulations;
• Player Trials regulations;
• Final Player Selection Camp regulations;
• Player Auction regulations;
• Franchise regulations and agreements;
• sponsorship or commercial agreements;
• ticketing, hospitality or merchandise terms; and
• other officially issued Sataack 50 policies or regulations.

Where a specific activity is governed by a dedicated regulation or executed agreement, that document shall govern that activity to the extent stated in it.

27. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS

27.1

Sataack 50 may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in:

• Website functionality;
• competition operations;
• registration procedures;
• commercial activities;
• technology;
• security practices;
• legal or regulatory requirements; or
• Sataack 50 policies.

27.2

Updated Terms will ordinarily be published on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

27.3

Where a change materially affects user rights or obligations, Sataack 50 may provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by applicable law.

27.4

Continued use of the Website following an amendment shall constitute acknowledgement of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

27.5

Changes to these Website Terms shall not retrospectively amend an executed player, franchise, sponsorship, vendor or other commercial agreement unless permitted by that agreement or agreed by the relevant parties.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall, to the extent legally permissible, be severed or limited without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

29. NO WAIVER

Failure or delay by Sataack 50 in exercising any right under these Terms shall not automatically constitute a waiver of that right.

Any waiver must be authorised in accordance with Sataack 50's applicable authority framework.

Player Payment or Registration Complaints

Any Men's or Women's player, including a foreign player, who is asked by an individual, intermediary or purported representative to make an unauthorised payment for official Sataack 50 player registration, trial participation, Final Player Selection Camp participation, auction entry, selection or guaranteed franchise allocation should immediately report the matter through the official Sataack 50 contact channel / Email.

Players should not make unofficial payments based solely on representations that payment will guarantee selection, auction participation or franchise acquisition.

Sataack 50 does not authorise any individual, intermediary, agent, representative, or third party to demand or collect any unofficial payment for guaranteeing or influencing player selection, auction participation, or franchise allocation.

Sataack 50 shall not be responsible or liable for any payment made by a player to any unauthorised person or third party, or for any loss, claim, or consequence arising from such unauthorised transaction.

31. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using the Sataack 50 Website, creating an account, submitting a registration or application, or using Website services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to applicable law.
