Players (Men and Women) aged 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2026 shall be eligible to register and participate in the trials.

• Nationality;

• Identification documents;
• Photograph and profile information;
• Playing role;
• Sporting history and relevant experience;
• Trial and assessment information;
• Performance statistics;
• Match statistics;

• Medical or emergency information where reasonably necessary for player safety and competition administration;
• Franchise registration or allocation information; and
• Other information reasonably required for player administration.

Player information may be processed for eligibility verification, registration, selection administration, competition management, statistics, player profiles, communications, safeguarding, integrity and other legitimate league-related purposes.

2.1 Free Player Registration. No Participation Fee

Sataack 50 does not charge any player, whether participating in the Men's or Women's competition, any fee for official player registration, submission of a trial application, participation in official player trials, participation in the Final Player Selection Camp, inclusion in the official player pool, or participation in the player auction process, where applicable under the Sataack 50 player pathway. (10 overs, 5 legal balls per over format)

No player shall be required to make a payment to Sataack 50 merely to register or participate in these official player-development, assessment and selection processes.

Players should be cautious of any person or third party falsely claiming to represent Sataack 50 and demanding money in exchange for registration, selection, trial access, camp participation, auction inclusion, franchise selection or guaranteed participation.

Sataack 50 does not authorise unauthorised individuals to collect such payments on its behalf.

2.2 Foreign Player Participation

Sataack 50 may permit eligible players who are citizens or residents of countries outside India to participate in the Men's and Women's competitions, subject to the applicable Sataack 50 regulations, player eligibility requirements, immigration requirements, visa requirements, identity verification, documentation and other applicable laws and regulations.

Players (Men and Women) aged 18 to 30 years as on 1 January 2026 shall be eligible to register and participate in the trials.

For foreign players, Sataack 50 may collect and process additional information reasonably required for eligibility verification, registration and participation, including:

• Nationality and country of residence;
• Passport details and copies where required;
• Visa or immigration-related information;
• Travel and arrival information;
• International contact details;
• Emergency contact information;
• Player registration and sporting credentials;
• Documents required to establish eligibility; and
• Other information reasonably necessary for lawful participation in Sataack 50.

Foreign players shall be subject to the applicable player registration and selection pathway prescribed for the relevant competition, together with any additional documentation or regulatory requirements applicable to international participation.

Participation by a foreign player remains subject to applicable eligibility, immigration, visa, documentation and other legal requirements.

2.3 No Fee for Foreign Players

The no-player-fee policy applies equally to Indian and foreign players.

Sataack 50 does not charge foreign players any registration fee, trial fee, Final Player Selection Camp fee or auction-entry fee merely for participating in the official Sataack 50 player pathway.

However, where applicable, visa fees, passport expenses, international travel, accommodation, transportation, insurance, medical requirements or other third-party or government charges may arise in connection with international participation.

Responsibility for such expenses will be determined under the applicable Sataack 50 regulations, player agreement, franchise agreement or other applicable arrangement.

No person is authorised to demand an unofficial payment from a foreign player in exchange for registration, selection, trial access, camp participation, auction inclusion or guaranteed franchise selection.

2.4 International Data Processing for Foreign Players

Information relating to foreign players may be processed or stored in India and, where necessary, may be processed by authorised service providers located in other countries for purposes such as:

• Player verification;
• Travel coordination;
• Visa or immigration administration;
• Technology services;
• Communications;
• Insurance;
• Medical administration;
• Broadcasting; and
• Competition management.

Any such processing or transfer will be undertaken subject to applicable law and the safeguards described in this Privacy Policy.

Sataack 50 does not guarantee the grant of a visa, immigration permission, entry into India, selection, auction acquisition, franchise allocation, contract or participation to any foreign player.
